Job Description

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Production Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, weighing, packaging, and sorting out defective medical devices as required. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean work environment, manually assembling parts, and visually inspecting products to ensure high quality. Additional duties include completing production records, weighing and packaging finished product, and following safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual dexterity to assemble small parts and sort product for defects.
  • Visual inspection of product using magnification.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow procedures.
  • Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work at production rate.
  • Acceptance of change and flexibility to changing work environments.
  • Effective listening skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience, and be at least 18 years old. Work is performed in a clean room environment with occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
