Estimated Salary: $14-$18 per hourAbout the Position

The Black Friday Weekend Associate is responsible for driving sales growth by showcasing passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends with all customers. This role involves implementing initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team while fostering a positive working environment and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  3. We maintain and drive the company's fashion image by adhering to the Employee Appearance Guidelines.
  4. We demonstrate willingness, aptitude, and initiative to learn what is unknown about product, brands, fashion, and trends.
  5. We strive to improve individual performance while working as a productive member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. We deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience with all customers.
  2. We focus on selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
  3. We handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempt to 'solve for yes,' and partner with the leadership when dealing with escalated issues.
  4. We complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. We execute all visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company and as directed by the management team.
  6. We support high standards of organization and cleanliness, promoting safe working and shopping environments to maximize the customer experience.
  7. We uphold and comply with all company policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual, Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide, and the Safety Program.
  8. We comply with all Loss Prevention policies, and communicate violations directly to the leadership team or via the Silent Witness Hotline.
  9. We share feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience.
  10. We actively participate in all company and store contests and events.
  11. We stay current on all financial goals and priorities.
  12. We support the leadership team in achieving all sales and operational goals.
  13. We support and execute all digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS within the store.
Requirements:
  1. We require individuals who are passionate about product, brands, fashion, and trends.
  2. We look for effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  3. We need strong communication skills.
  4. We require excellent time management skills.
  5. We expect proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
  1. We require the associate to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
  2. We require the associate to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time and climb ladders as needed.
  3. We require the associate to be able to talk or hear, frequently sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach, twist, or squat.
  4. We require the associate to be able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.
  5. We require specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  6. We require the associate to be able to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
