We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Manager to join our team at Arrowhead Automotive, a division of Brown & Brown Insurance. As a Commercial Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing our clients' commercial property and casualty insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

You will collaborate with our producers and customer service teams to provide an outstanding client experience, focusing on daily policy management duties like:

  • Reviewing in-force policies for current clients to ensure accuracy in our agency management system.
  • Personally managing higher-level changes, such as policy location changes.

Marketing and Renewal Management:

You will work with our centralized marketing department to market prospective client submissions and manage renewals, including:

  • Updating policy information and gathering loss reports.
  • Working with insurance company underwriters to receive timely and accurate quotes.
  • Preparing renewal presentations and binding/reissuing policies.

Account Rounding and Upselling:

You will work with clients to identify areas of risk exposure and upsell or cross-sell new Commercial P&C policies, such as Work Comp, EPLI, Cyber, Pollution, Builder's Risk & Bonds.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience.
  • Prior retail agency experience in a similar CSR or Account Manager capacity is preferred.
  • Proven capabilities in marketing-related duties, including an understanding of multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriers.
  • A state insurance license is required within the first 90 days of employment.
