Clean Earth Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous waste materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review and analyze Smart Drive and JJK Logs to ensure compliance with DEA regulations
  • Conduct weekly reviews of ADP timecards to ensure accurate payroll and attendance records
  • Provide weekly training and coaching to the retail team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the retail team, including 12+ drivers, to ensure smooth operations and high productivity
  • Monitor routes and adjust as needed to optimize efficiency and safety
  • Conduct daily debriefs and document progress to ensure compliance with DEA regulations
  • Ensure 100% compliance with DEA regulations and maintain accurate records
  • Handle customer escalations and reroute as necessary
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing team
  • Participate in daily production meetings and maintain a status board with weekly metrics

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in hazardous waste transportation
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with JJ Keller and DOT Compliance
  • Experience with Atlas Routing Software
