Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at VSP Vision. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve complex customer issues, escalating them to senior team members when necessary.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
