Housekeeping Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Greenbrier Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Respond to guest requests and dispatch calls in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain control of Lost and Found items and ensure their safe return to guests

• Coordinate babysitting arrangements for guests as needed

• Work weekends and holidays as required

• Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Assistant Housekeepers to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements:**

• 1+ years of office and telephone experience

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Some college education preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of computer systems

**Work Environment:**

• Indoors

• Heated

• Below ground

**Physical Demands:**

• Frequent standing and sitting

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

**Supervision:**

• Takes directions from Assistant Director and Assistant Housekeepers

• Ability to work independently as well as with co-workers

**Other Requirements:**

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
