About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Circle International Bermuda Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer support environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
