Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Circle International Bermuda Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer support environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
