Job Overview

Essential Qualifications:

  2. Strong administrative and computer proficiency.
  3. Familiarity with office management practices.
  4. Excellent organizational capabilities.
  5. Ability to interact courteously with participants both via phone and in person.
  6. Team-oriented mindset for collaboration with staff.
  7. Proficient in data entry software applications.
  8. Positive and supportive attitude when engaging with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record all telephone inquiries and connections using designated forms for the Community Center.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate data entry and daily attendance records for classes.
  • Support various tasks including:
  1. Welcoming new members, conducting facility tours, issuing membership cards, and updating

newsletter subscriptions, member profiles, and related documentation.

  1. Conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
  • Provide assistance to the Executive Director and Program Managers in delivering programs or services.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization by assisting staff with securing the facility at the end of the workday.

Work Schedule: Up to 25 hours per week without additional benefits (flexibility to adjust hours following holiday closures).
