We are seeking an experienced Products Liability Defense Paralegal with a strong background in automotive litigation to join our team. This position is 75% remote, with regular in-office requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in products liability defense, with an emphasis on automotive litigation.
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Assist in all phases of trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit organization.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis relevant to products liability law.
  • Maintain and organize case files and ensure proper document management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts, providing case updates and information.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in products liability defense.
  • Strong preference for candidates with automotive litigation experience.
  • Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and litigation support.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
