Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Job Overview:
The Client Relationship Executive serves as the primary liaison for our clientele, collaborating closely with the branch operations team to ensure the delivery of superior landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement and Retention:
    Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by comprehensively understanding the unique requirements of our clients.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain effective communication in a constructive and courteous manner, emphasizing problem-solving.
  • Uphold high standards for customer service, safety, and the core values of the company within a supportive team environment.
  • Facilitate organizational management and communication between clients and the production team promptly, working collaboratively to devise effective delivery solutions.
  • Oversee the Landscape Quality Audit process alongside the Production Manager to identify maintenance needs and enhancement opportunities for properties.
  • Draft client proposals, contracts, and tailored recommendations that align with each client's objectives and are accurately priced.

  • New Business Development:
    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Actively seek potential clients and pursue new business relationships through strategic outreach.
  • Organize and lead networking events to build relationships with both potential and existing customers, representing Granite Hills Group as a leader in the industry.
