Bachelor's Degree Required

Essential Skills:

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Minimum of 5 years in the Staffing and IT Services sector (including familiarity with IT Recruitment, Managed Services, and Statement of Work).

At least 5 years of experience in facilitating IT Recruitment and Managed Services initiatives (technologically adept).

5+ years of sales expertise (relationship management with existing clients).

5+ years of business development experience (proactively acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio).

5+ years of account management proficiency.

5+ years of substantial experience in nurturing client relationships and delivering exceptional client support.

3+ years of participation in local client and networking events.

5+ years of proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in selling to the Banking and Financial Services sector.

Willingness to travel for client meetings.

COMPENSATION: The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, with the potential to earn over $200,000. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position, commission, bonuses, and other compensation forms may be included in the overall compensation package.
