Job Overview

United Vision Plan (UVP) is part of Optimax Eyewear, a global eyewear powerhouse and leader in online eyewear distribution.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to conduct sales, including development and account management activities, as well as establish a strong corporate presence in the U.S market.

  • Meet overall sales targets by initiating and creating new account revenue.
  • Manage, utilize, and facilitate the growth of the territory sales database and other sales operations tools.
  • Report directly to the senior VP of Sales and work closely with UVP's CEO.
Requirements

A minimum 4 years of hands-on sales experience in health insurance or voluntary benefit sectors. Flexibility to manage and close both small and large enterprise deals.

  • Proven track record demonstrating consistent goal achievements.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in building, managing, and coaching a sales team.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
