The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Client Engagement Manager and Director in managing their designated team. This position may also involve collaboration with other team members within the agency.
This role requires 2 days per week onsite, with the remaining 3 days being remote.
Key Responsibilities- Develop documentation such as meeting agendas, event summaries, and other client communications.
- Assist the Education and National Account Team with logistics and coordination of field team support.
- Learn and evaluate agency presentation exercises to enhance presentation skills.
- Prepare reports and documents for clients, consistently identifying opportunities for program enhancement.
- Oversee project logistics, proactively considering all components and presenting the team lead with optimal recommendations.
- Conduct research on industry trends and remain informed about current events.
- Engage in internal brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for projects.
- Represent the agency at industry meetings or conferences focused on specific skills.
- Travel independently to various markets for coaching teams, conducting site assessments, and meeting with clients and partners.
- Provide additional support to the account team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 6-12 months of experience in an office environment; experience in a marketing agency is preferred.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation, ensuring timely achievement of goals.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team to achieve high-quality results.
The base compensation range for this position is between $62,400.00 and $70,000.00. The specific salary for an individual in this role may vary based on factors such as prior employment history, job-related skills, qualifications, length of service, and geographic location. This position is eligible for bonuses, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
