Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time role within our business development and marketing team, actively engaging in a variety of marketing projects and initiatives. This position will support multiple facets of marketing, business development, public relations, internal communications, and recruitment marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates.
  • Offer administrative support, including scheduling meetings, data entry, event coordination, and preparation of promotional materials.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events to enhance marketing efforts and elevate the Rendr brand.
  • Support marketing initiatives and partnership outreach, contributing ideas and researching promotional opportunities.
  • Track project timelines and schedules related to marketing activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Director of Marketing Services.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends for marketing events as necessary.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing, sales, or communications is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
