About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement manufacturing processes that optimize production efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Science
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or highly regulated industry
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • PMP certification
  • CAPA experience
  • Versed in Minitab
