Position Overview
The Behavior Analyst serves as the primary clinical authority for a dedicated team and a designated client caseload. It is essential for the staff to maintain a minimum of 8 professionals with full caseloads.

Effective leadership and management of staff, along with providing clinical guidance and supervision, are critical components of this role. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all team members meet their billing expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client evaluations utilizing clinically appropriate methodologies and create individualized service plans (ISPs) tailored to these assessments.
- Oversee skill acquisition, generalization, maintenance, problem behaviors, and parent training through an electronic client records management system.
- Offer clinical supervision and training to clinical staff and assistant behavior analysts within your team.
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents and provide regular training to ensure that services effectively support families.

- Assist in all intake and discharge planning activities, including preparing necessary documentation for client insurance authorizations and reauthorizations of services.

- Supervise clinicians in training (CITs) in the development and monitoring of ISPs, objectives, and methodologies essential for delivering effective client services.

- Collaborate with other service providers involved with clients to promote consistency among client families/caregivers and all service providers.
- Lead and engage in regularly scheduled staff meetings and training sessions.

- Inspire confidence and motivation among employees to achieve job objectives; clearly define expectations and maintain personal effectiveness under pressure.

- Demonstrate appropriate delegation and coordination of tasks and responsibilities within the program, utilizing effective organizational and priority-setting skills.

- Complete all required paperwork and documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures, adhering to acceptable clinical practices within designated timeframes.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and fulfill other responsibilities deemed necessary for the effective operation of the program.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices by participating in continuing education opportunities.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards consistently.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) approved field
- Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Minimum of one year of successful supervisory or management experience
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders
