Position Overview
The Behavior Analyst serves as the chief clinical authority for a dedicated team and a diverse client portfolio. It is essential for staff to maintain a minimum of 8 team members, each managing full caseloads.

Exemplary leadership and management skills are vital for this role, alongside the ability to provide clinical guidance and maintain professionalism at all times.

Behavior Analysts are responsible for ensuring that all team members meet their billing expectations. Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive client evaluations utilizing clinically validated methods and formulate individualized service plans (ISPs) tailored to these assessments.
2. Oversee the management of skill development, generalization, maintenance, behavioral challenges, and parent training through an electronic client records system.
3. Deliver clinical supervision and training to team members and assistant behavior analysts.
4. Facilitate ongoing parent training and maintain effective communication to ensure services positively influence families.

5. Assist in all intake and discharge planning processes, including preparing necessary documentation for client insurance authorizations and service reauthorizations.

6. Supervise clinicians in training (CITs) in the creation and monitoring of ISPs, objectives, and methods to provide effective client services.

7. Collaborate with other service providers to promote consistency among client families and caregivers.
8. Lead and engage in regularly scheduled staff meetings and training sessions.

9. Inspire and guide employees to achieve job objectives; instill confidence and motivation; clearly communicate expectations and maintain effectiveness under pressure.

10. Demonstrate appropriate delegation and coordination of tasks and responsibilities within the program, utilizing effective organizational and prioritization skills.

11. Complete all documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures, adhering to acceptable clinical practices within designated timeframes.
12. Comply with all policies and procedures while fulfilling additional tasks necessary for the program's successful operation.
13. Stay updated on evidence-based practices by participating in continuing education opportunities.
14. Uphold professional and ethical standards consistently.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) approved field
- Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Minimum of one year of successful supervisory or management experience
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders
