- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation related to client progress and therapy outcomes.
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field: Possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst: Hold Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- State Licensure or Eligibility: Possess state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Virginia.
- Experience in Clinical Settings: Have experience in clinical settings, particularly with pediatric populations.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Screening Call: Participate in a 10-15 minute screening call with our recruiting team.
- Zoom Interview: Engage in a detailed interview session with the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and fit for the role.
- Offers: Receive an offer typically within 24 hours after the Zoom interview.
