Claims Funding Specialist

Position Overview
This role is pivotal in managing client claims processes, ensuring that all funding activities are executed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing claims runs, securing necessary approvals from clients, and ensuring that funding is accurately reflected in our systems.
Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Daily monitoring of the Client Accounting inbox to manage incoming requests.
- Recording check runs in an Excel spreadsheet, capturing essential information for tracking.
- Verifying receipt of funding and proactively following up with clients to ensure all funding is complete.
- Creating daily management reports detailing the status of check runs based on metrics specified by management.
- Assisting with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Effective prioritization skills.
- A customer-focused approach to service.
