We are currently seeking a Business Services Loan Operations Specialist to join our team in the West Texas market.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient documentation for commercial loans within the Business Services Department.
This includes obtaining, preparing, and documenting critical information for the commercial loan approval process.
To succeed in this role, you should have one to three years of experience in business services loan operations or a related field, and an associate's degree in business or a related field.
This role may be suitable for you if you enjoy handling multiple responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and working with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:- Process business loan packages, verifying supporting documents, and collaborating with loan officers and members to obtain missing information.
- Conduct pre-funding and post-funding reviews of loan documentation.
- Track pending documentation, such as title policies and UCC filings, ensuring proper retention in relevant files.
- Maintain regular communication with members and loan officers to resolve issues.
- Enter new loans, renewals, and modifications/extensions into the core system.
- Use LaserPro to generate loan documents as needed.
- Manage loan billing, obtain credit bureau reports and flood certifications, and track appraisals for assigned loans.
- Prepare and maintain organized loan files, ensuring document accuracy and completeness.
- One to three years of experience in business services loan operations or a related field.
- Associate's degree in business or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of commercial and SBA loan processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Laser Pro.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities, with exceptional organizational skills.
