Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between the reporting team and internal business partners, managing communications regarding report updates, system issues, and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee the intake process for new reporting requests, ensuring that all required information is provided to begin work effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other departments to gather necessary details and clarify requirements.
  • Track the status of ongoing requests, following up as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and update the distribution lists for all reports, ensuring that the right individuals and teams receive the information they need.
  • Coordinate with IT and other relevant departments to address any issues with report delivery or access.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of reporting projects, working closely with project managers and team leads.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans, including timelines, action items, and dependencies.
  • Utilize project management tools to track project progress, document key decisions, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Mortgage Originations Industry.
  • 2+ years of experience with Encompass and/or MSP.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with project management tools and reporting systems.
  • Previous experience in a reporting or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of business processes and workflows.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $57,241 to $69,950 and a dynamic work environment that values collaboration and innovation.
