Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support project managers with various tasks, including obtaining final documents from contractors and reviewing projects for closure.
  • Prepare and submit final invoices to clients, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Assist the call center with high call volume times, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Screen and transfer calls, answering phones and handling intake inquiries for incidentals and incidentals with reporting.
  • Accurately log information from client interactions into the ALERT system, ensuring correct grammar and spelling.
  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, ensuring all SOPs and client special instructions are performed and compliant.
  • Conduct telephonic regulatory reporting in states/provinces across the US/Canada, ensuring regulatory compliance on behalf of clients.
  • Submit written, telephonic, and online reports to regulatory agencies, communicating effectively with contractors, clients, and regulatory officials.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or similar role.
  • Data entry, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 35-40+ WPM typing speed.
  • A 4-year degree in a related field, such as Environmental Science, Chemistry, Waste Management, Health, Safety, Emergency Management, or similar major.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with RCRA, OSHA, and DOT Regulations.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, and talking. The position requires arm and hand dexterity, adequate vision, color perception, and hearing, with or without correction.

Work Environment

This position is based in a climate-controlled office space or home office, with a moderate noise level typical of standard office environments.
