About the Role

Rallye BMW is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Establish ongoing consulting relationships with customers to understand their service needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Service Promotion: Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by accurately identifying customer needs and thoroughly understanding BMW products and service lines.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and other retail center personnel to communicate with customers and technicians regarding repair work, determine time of completion, and advise customers of early or late vehicle drop off and pick up procedures.
  • Follow-up and Confirmation: Follow up with customers who missed their appointments and confirm customer appointments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous automotive BDC, customer service, and/or phone sales experience required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service experiences.
  • Communication and Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays.
