About the Role
Anthro Energy is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of our research and development facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing R&D and/or pilot manufacturing facilities, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to drive projects forward effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design and build of new facilities by facilitating discussions between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of all facility equipment, including infrastructural support and test/process equipment.
- Maintain a safe working environment by establishing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a laboratory or research environment in the battery or similar technology field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex facility operations and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, project-planning, and organization abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
