Sales Acceleration Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Acceleration Specialist to join our team at White Cap. As a Sales Acceleration Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive sales training to learn White Cap's business model, products, and customer needs.
- Prepare and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sell White Cap's value proposition and products to customers.
- Learn about effective sales calls by riding along with experienced sales professionals.
- Enter and process customer orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members.
- Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
- Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics.
- Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities.
- Spanish language proficiency.
