Job Summary

Hiebing is seeking an Account Executive for the Brand Development department, responsible for ensuring the target market remains top of mind throughout strategy and execution for our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client businesses, becoming an extension of the client's marketing team.
  • Ensure quality in tactical project elements, including project briefs, timelines, and budgets, and develop foresight to anticipate and adjust processes as needed.
  • Manage client budgets and oversee monthly billing, prioritizing profitability and accuracy.
  • Lead internal and client meetings, manage challenging conversations, and establish clear expectations.
  • Build client respect and confidence through consistent communication, reviewing client correspondence, and obtaining approval at appropriate stages.
  • Understand and support synergy between Hiebing's functional teams, including digital, creative, media, public relations & social media, and insights & research.
  • Supervise the daily work of the supporting account coordinator and lead in training new junior team members.

Requirements

  • At least two to four years of agency or brand management experience.
  • Proven track record in project management across multiple projects and clients.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage many details with precision, thrive under pressure, and be comfortable being a hub of communication, a self-starter, and a critical thinker.
  • Passionate about great work and ready to bring the highest level of integrity, positive energy, and standard of excellence.
  • Has a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity, and a We Before Me philosophy.
  • A Marketing, strategic communications, or consumer behavior degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work hybrid in an open-office environment.
  • Ability to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
