About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual QMHP to join our team at Emergence. As a Bilingual QMHP, you will play a vital role in providing integrated mental health care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health concerns
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment goals
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health topics
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment

Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinically-focused psychology, social work, behavioral science, or related field
  • Commitment to anti-racism and addressing systemic oppression as part of clinical work
  • Current COVID vaccinations or willingness to become vaccinated
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (including cannabis)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC community, evidence-based trauma modalities, and working with adolescents and/or adults in gender-confirming therapy
