Mental Health Specialist 2 Position

The Community Health Centers of Lane County (CHCLC) is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to join our integrated care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional, comprehensive mental health and behavioral services to a diverse population of patients in a community health center setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultations, assessments, and treatment plans for patients with a wide spectrum of behavioral health needs
- Develop and implement individual, group, and crisis intervention services to address patient mental health needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Master's degree in a mental health field, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Two years of responsible professional mental health experience, including one year of experience specific to the program or area of assignment
- State of Oregon Clinical Licensure in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
