About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate or Personal Care Associate, you will be part of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position includes various shifts, including Friday through Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Part Time, Day), Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Full Time, Day), Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Part Time, Swing), and Thursday through Monday, 11:00pm - 7:30am (Full Time, Night).

What You'll Make

The starting wage for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
