JOB SUMMARY:

The role of the Clinical Support Specialist involves promoting and assisting clients during surgical procedures related to Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT). This position operates on a PRN/1099 basis, providing essential on-site support for the client's medical devices during surgeries conducted in major hospitals across the United States. The Clinical Support Specialist will engage closely with surgeons and medical staff, ensuring seamless integration of technology in surgical settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver expert technical assistance to surgeons and operating room personnel throughout the surgical process.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with leading surgeons and key hospital stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions for surgeons and staff on the proper use of medical products.
  • Gather and analyze data from surgical cases for reporting purposes.
  • Provide both remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clients as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an operating room environment is required.
  • Clinical experience in the ENT field is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferably in Sciences or Medicine) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and preparedness for each surgical case is crucial.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling abilities are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service are required.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through are critical.
  • Effective time management and administrative skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances are important.
  • Alignment with the client's mission, vision, and values is expected.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active vehicle insurance are mandatory.
  • The role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
