JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinical Support Specialist role at CosignMed involves providing essential assistance during ENT surgical operations. This position is classified as PRN/1099.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Clinical Support Specialist will deliver on-site assistance for the client's devices throughout surgical procedures in major hospitals across the United States, maintaining close collaboration with surgeons.

In addition, the Specialist will be tasked with follow-up support, troubleshooting, customer service, and educational responsibilities as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Offer technical guidance to surgeons and operating room personnel before, during, and after surgical cases.
  • Engage directly with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts.
  • Educate surgeons and staff on the product features and usage.
  • Gather and report data from surgical procedures.
  • Provide both remote and on-site troubleshooting assistance to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room is required.
  • Clinical expertise in ENT is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in a Science or Medical field.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and preparedness for each surgical case.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
  • Effective time management and administrative skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
  • Embodiment of the client's mission, vision, and values.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active vehicle insurance are required.

While performing the duties of this position, the Clinical Support Specialist is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for up to 8 hours each day.
