Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional medical, clinical, and administrative support within a healthcare environment. Previous experience in the healthcare field is essential.
Work Schedule: Full-time, requiring availability Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Flexibility to collaborate within a team setting is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a professional and inviting atmosphere to enhance patient service and care.
- Assist healthcare providers during medical, aesthetic, and laser procedures.
- Support providers in documenting prescribed treatments, medications, and other clinical tasks.
- Anticipate the needs of providers to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Prepare examination rooms before and after patient visits, ensuring all equipment is functional.
- Deliver pre-care and post-care instructions as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels of retail and medical supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and patient scheduling systems is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are vital.
- Exceptional patient relations and customer service abilities are required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
Compensation: Hourly pay range is competitive.
