Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will lead a vibrant team focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our credit union members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing a motivated team capable of delivering efficient and effective branch services.
  • Encouraging a departmental culture where employees actively seek opportunities to cross-sell products and services for the benefit of our members.
  • Providing professional support, accurate information, and friendly service to all members.
  • Demonstrating creativity and initiative in conducting regular business development and generating new business to meet established sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of our credit union. A minimum of three to five years of progressive experience in leading and managing a team within a full-service branch is preferred. The candidate should be adept at troubleshooting and resolving inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
