Guest Services Supervisor

Position Overview: The Front Desk Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at the Huntington Hotel. This position is designed to support the Front Office Team in their daily responsibilities while embodying a proactive approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations to ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures, aiming for complete guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests, managing guest accounts with precision.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding hospitality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist team members with any questions or challenges that arise during their shifts.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering strong relationships with associates and other departments.
- Conduct regular audits of front desk operations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Stay informed about hotel promotions, packages, and services to effectively communicate with guests.
- Train and mentor staff on hospitality skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication.
