- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Address and respond to employee concerns with empathy and understanding.
- Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management promptly.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects, as well as maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this role is set at $26.35 per hour, with opportunities for health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additional benefits may include life insurance and disability coverage, subject to eligibility and other conditions.
