A leading financial research firm is seeking a seasoned Managing Director of Equity Research to spearhead research initiatives in the REIT sector and drive the development of research products and services.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in equity research and a strong professional network. This is a Managing Director position with a partner track, and the ideal candidate will likely have 7+ years of experience on the buyside, sellside, and/or within industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the equity research process and ensure the quality of research.
  • Develop and implement research strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate client relationships and drive business development.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in equity research in REITs.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets and securities analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
