About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our team at PerkSpot. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys varied tasks and has a proactive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Prepare for and welcome guests and any special events that may be happening at the office.
Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including occasionally offsite at our CEO's home in the area.
Assist with preparing conference rooms and ensuring equipment is working properly and ready for use.

Personal Support to CEO:

Run occasional errands, such as picking up packages, dropping off documents, or purchasing supplies.
Assist with managing bookings and scheduling for the office itself – this role will not require significant calendar or scheduling management for the CEO himself who also has a Personal Assistant.
Provide general administrative support to the CEO and/or guests in the office, as may be required.

General Administrative Duties:

Answer emails and inquiries from guests and colleagues.
Assist with occasional special projects or tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Prior experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack etc.).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for running errands.
High level of reliability and discretion, particularly when handling personal tasks for the CEO.
