As a sales professional, you'll connect clients with complex telecommunications products that meet their evolving needs. Following our comprehensive award-winning training program, you'll exceed your monthly quota by providing dedicated account management, crafting targeted email campaigns, conducting discovery calls, setting appointments, and delivering product presentations. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborating with established and prospective clients to develop customized product solutions.
- Delivering product proposals and presentations to key decision-makers and closing deals.
- Ongoing field-based sales roles, offering flexibility between home, client locations, and office spaces, with a focus on being out in front of clients.
- Identifying target markets, industries, and contacts for our product portfolio, qualifying leads through ROI analysis, and requesting site surveys to determine serviceability.
- Promoting client retention through coordinated efforts with multiple internal teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven sales experience exceeding goals, with at least three years of sales performance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks.
- Effective relationship-building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
- Quick learning ability, deadline-driven, and adaptability in managing change and shifting priorities.
- Travel to assigned territories and company facilities, with a valid driver's license.
Additionally, a bachelor's degree in a related field, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience selling telecommunications products are highly desirable qualifications.
We offer a competitive salary range of $57,400 - $113,800, with opportunities for additional commission earnings starting at $72,600. We comply with local wage minimums and also offer incentive-based compensation.
