Warehouse Vault Attendants

As a Vault Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive accurate orders, schedules, equipment, and funds to serve clients safely and efficiently. You will also oversee the check-in and check-out processes for routes, manage custody of liabilities, and handle necessary paperwork and equipment, including handheld scanners and data entry devices. Depending on operational needs, you may be required to perform the duties of a Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader.

Normal working hours and days will vary based on schedules provided in advance.

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, and overtime may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the distribution and receipt of moneybags, receipts, daily route guides, route keys, and schedules to Driver/Messengers and/or Crew Leaders.
  • Verify bulk cash received from the vault, other departments, and external sources.
  • Assist in tracking, resolving, and reporting any missing or misrouted items.
  • Ensure that all necessary items, including identification cards, fuel cards, route keys, deposits, moneybags, receipts, daily guide sheets, change boxes, firearms, and other route equipment, are collected at the end of each shift.
  • Perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties as needed.
  • Handle ATM dispatch and other calls as required.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess all required driver's licenses and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
  • Hold a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma, or have an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Obtain and maintain all necessary guard and gun permits as per state regulations.
  • Demonstrate clarity and proficiency in both oral and written communication, with the ability to communicate effectively in person and via radio.
