Lien Administrator

Compensation: $20-25/hr

Location: Must be seated in OH, remote position available

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm payments received from clients.
  • Gather and authorize lien waivers for the credit and collections division.
  • Deliver timely information to support collection initiatives within the Credit Department, utilizing lien rights as necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in credit and collections or familiarity with lien legislation is preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel; must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
