As a key member of our Albany front-end process control team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our engineers, as well as directing and supporting process automation initiatives across our division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to the Albany front-end process control team
  • Direct and support process automation initiatives across the division
  • Support CPP-wide process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate and support six sigma training
  • Responsible for employee welfare, productivity, development, and accountability to processes
  • Progressive experience in project management, including direction of engineer efforts
  • Demonstrated capability to work with customers and internal organizations in a concurrent team approach environment
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project
  • Capable of performing statistical analysis and making data-based decisions
  • Experience with SAS statistical software preferred
Requirements
  • May work near moving mechanical parts
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment required as applicable
  • Day shift; some travel required between two Albany sites
  • Some domestic and international travel required among other CPP locations
