RENA Technologies North America is a leading manufacturer of custom, automated, and semi-automated wet benches, wet process systems, and automated chemical delivery systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Controls Systems Designer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems. They will apply mathematical and engineering principles and methods to designs, ensuring reliability, performance, and safety standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical oversight and leadership to junior members of the electrical design team.
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems, including schematics and Bills of Materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet customer needs.
- Conduct research and studies on new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, including NEC, UL, NFPA, CE, SEMI, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 9+ years experience in electrical power systems design.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar CAD software and design vaults.
- Advanced knowledge of integrating electrical heaters, pumps, PLC's, computers, and controllers.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and project management skills.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Standard office environment including work at a computer terminal. Work involves extended periods of sitting, occasional walking, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
