Job Title: Electrical Controls Engineer III

At RENA Technologies North America, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Controls Engineer III to join our team. As a senior-level engineer, you will collaborate with our team to design, develop, and test electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical oversight and leadership to junior members of the electrical design team.
  • Design and develop advanced electrical systems, including schematics and Bills of Materials.
  • Apply mathematical and engineering principles to ensure designs meet reliability, performance, and safety standards.
  • Conduct research and studies on new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products.
  • Ensure all assemblies and panels follow RENA and industry best practices for design and manufacturability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 9+ years of experience in electrical power systems design.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar CAD software and design vaults.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrating electrical heaters, pumps, PLC's, computers, and controllers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and project management skills.
Working Conditions:
