Customer Service Representative Job Description

Are you a people person looking for a career in customer service? U-Haul is seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of U-Haul's exceptional service, ensuring that customers receive the help they need on their journeys. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers. You will also be responsible for cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, and preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Work Environment

The work environment for this role involves moderate risks or discomforts, which require special safety precautions.
