Job Overview

American Bolt Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Waukesha, WI territory. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer relationships to drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
