Sales Representative

Castalloy Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for growing our business through sales prospecting, developing future and current customer relationships, and executing business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotations of Castalloy products and follow through with customers or sales agents to effectively deliver solutions to customer application requirements.
- Negotiate all customer orders in accordance with company guidelines.
- Act as a customer contact for all Castalloy-related issues and activities.
- Work in partnership with independent sales representatives to support market development and training.
- Participate in technical conferences, sales training, trade shows, and other forums in support of the Castalloy product line.
- Research market trends and competitors, develop and articulate findings to recommend strategies that will maximize company revenue and profitability.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasting reports and other required information regularly.
- Collaborate with other departments, including front office and shop floor, to ensure the highest level of excellence in customer experience.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or an industrial organization, metal casting, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Familiarity with casting/foundries and related business practices is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to Midwest regions.
