Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at EPSI. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, using this information to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
