Job Title: Shop Mechanic 2nd

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Mechanic 2nd to join our team at The H&K Group, Inc. This is a regular full-time position that requires a strong background in diesel mechanics and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric, diesel, and gasoline vocational trucks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient and effective workflow
  • Meet or exceed safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in diesel mechanics preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
  • Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain within one year
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
