- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cybersecurity initiatives and operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
