Job Description

As a Live In Maintenance Supervisor with SKF Property Management LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our properties, ensuring that they remain safe and comfortable for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Conduct regular preventative maintenance to prevent costly repairs and ensure compliance with city and state regulations
  4. Supervise and assist porters as needed, ensuring that garbage removal and other tasks are completed properly
  5. Ensure that all appliances and equipment are maintained and functional

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in multifamily housing or family shelter system in NYC
  • Expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Able to troubleshoot and execute repairs efficiently
  • Clean cut, professional, patient, polite, and respectful demeanor
  • Fast learner, team player, self-starter, trustworthy, hardworking, and committed individual
